2026 Kindergarten Orientation
2026 Kindergarten Orientation - Kindergarten Orientation will take place on Wednesday 12th November 2025, 9:30 am – 10:30 am.
During this time, your child will have the opportunity to meet the other students, teaching staff and explore the learning spaces.
We will have an information and question and answer session for parents / carers.
You will have the opportunity to get to know other parents and staff during this time.
Following on from the Orientation Morning, we will provide Transition Mornings to help your child begin to form relationships with the other children and with the teaching team.
The transition mornings will also support your child in adjusting to school life.
On each transition morning, your child will be dropped to school by you and will remain with us from 9:30am - 10:30am.
Tea and coffee provided!

๐ 100 Days of Kindergarten! ๐ Today we celebrated 100 days of learning, laughter, and growth in Kindergarten at St Caniceโs! Our youngest learners marked the occasion by dressing up as their 100-year-old selves โ complete with glasses and walking sticks. ๐ต๐ด A huge thank you to our parents and carers who joined us for the celebration. To mark 100 days of Kindergarten, weโre inviting our Kinder students to come to school dressed as their 100-year-old selves! Itโs a fun way to celebrate this milestone and reflect on how much weโve grown and learned. Dear Parents and Carers, This Wednesday, 6th August is Jersey Day. Students are invited to wear a jersey from their favourite sports team. This initiative was inspired by Rupert from Year 6 and has been organised by our Stage 3 Faith in Action Team to raise awareness for schools that do not have the sports equipment they need to learn, play and grow. Thank you for supporting our students in their efforts to think of others and make a difference.

๐ฃ Brekky Club โ Term 3 Update ๐ฝ๏ธ Dear Parents and Carers, Weโve made some changes to our Brekky Club schedule for this term. Brekky Club will now run on Thursdays โ 7th, 21st, and 28th August. We are currently seeking volunteers to assist with preparation, serving, and clean-up on these mornings. If youโre available to help, please complete the google form that was sent to you via your Compass Parent Portal and we will be in touch to confirm your involvement. Brekky Club is a valued initiative that helps ensure our students start the day nourished and ready to learn โ thank you for your support! ๐
